Crystal Reports XI Enterprise Log on failed

Hi,

I am trying to run a report from my java web application running on tomcat from a crystal reports XI RAS and I am getting the below exception:

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKEnterpriseLogonException: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct.---- Error code:-2147217397 Error code name:enterpriseLogonFailed

Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I solve it?
