Arabic character issue when export to pdf

Hi every one,

i hope your are well and in excellent state.

i have issue when export report to PDF, arabic character shown as (?), i use crystal report 11 Xi, under java and jsp.

when i run report in crystal report GUI using f5 and then export to pdf.. all thing is ok. but when run it on browser the arabic character replace to ?

i need solution for this issue please
