I am using Crystal XI R2 SP5 to print small (1" square) labels on a custom label printer -- Brady Printer 300 Plus. Natively, CR is able to print the label report without a problem to the printer. When I use the corresponding 11.5 JRC to print, I receive the above error stating that the 'Paper's imageable height is too small'.
I have also tried the same with CR4Ev2, even creating a new report using the Eclipse plug in - while this route does not produce the error, the printer does not print either!! My preference would be to resolve the issue in CR4Ev2, but here, I am unable to configure the custom paper size correctly in the properties dialog, which only compounds the issue.
Any advice as to how to resolve the 'Paper's imageable height is too small' error would be greatly appreciated. I have a production deadline only a few days away, and this issue is our only showstopper.
Many thanks
Simon
UPDATE ***
Does JRC have a buffer limit for formulas? My report uses a significant formula to render a barcode, and when I attempt to print it to another printer using JRC, I receive an error suggesting the formula is incomplete - possibly through truncation??
